I understand, agree and authorize Superior Car Credit, Drive Now Acceptance LLC., or affiliates to investigate, verify and obtain information about me from persons identified with my application (references, friends, family, employers, creditors, Trans Union Credit report, and landlords) in each instance, in connection with the extension of credit, a review or collection of my account. This authorization will stay in effect until I have concluded my financial obligations to Drive Now Acceptance LLC, or reached the mandatory statute of limitations allowed.
